Sogardleather crafts high-quality products built to last. Our skilled artisans use only the best materials, including authentic full-grain crazy horse leather, reliable zippers, and meticulous stitching. This attention to detail ensures each bag, backpack, and accessory will accompany you on decades of adventures.
We stand behind our products with a limited 1-year warranty. While leather is a natural material with unique variations in color and texture, our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues like stuck zippers, broken stitching, and fallen rivets.
If you encounter a defect, simply contact us at sogardleather@gmail.com, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label to repair or replace your item. Products purchased after January 19, 2024 are covered for 1 full year, while older items are covered for 6 months.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer. But we're confident in the quality and durability of our products, and we're happy to provide the peace of mind our warranty offers.
SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order.
We ship to worldwide.countries. It will take about 5 days to be delivered via Fast Shipping service, and 10-20 days to be delivered via Standard Shipping service.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You can choose standard shipping or fast shipping.
ORDERS
An order confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sogardleather@gmail.com to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification including your tracking number.
To request a cancellation, please send an email as soon as possible with your order number to sogardleather@gmail.com. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel the order. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will have to pay for the return. Once we receive the return, we can then refund your purchase price less any original outbound shipping charges.
